1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat an outdoor barbecue to medium heat.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Using wet fingers, shape the mixture into three equal patties. Cut a piece of aluminum foil large enough to fit all three patties plus a few inches of border. Lightly spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place the foil with the three patties on it, on the barbecue grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F.
